ABOUT lAUREN

Lauren Monroe is a speaker, musician, healing channel, and educator with over 25 years of experience in energy medicine, mind-body wellness, spiritual healing and music. A designer of transformative experiences Monroe integrates consciousness shifting music, healing narratives and the power of community audiences in creating transcending experiences of heart-mind coherence. As a pioneer in energy medicine and mind-body practices, she designs experiences that guide audiences into connection and renewal. Her work blends consciousness-shifting songs, guided narratives, and community connection to create transcending experiences of heart-mind coherence. Backed by her powerhouse band — featuring Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen, Music Director/Guitarist Joshua Ray Gooch (Shania Twain, Ringo Starr), and a lineup of world-class players who’ve worked with artists like Bruce Springsteen, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Rae, and James Durbin — Monroe brings her vision to life on stage. The result is a visceral, dynamic performance that moves audiences both emotionally and physically. Monroe has released several acclaimed albums, including Under the Wolf Moon, Messages from Aphrodite, and Oneness Chant (with over 2.3+ million Spotify plays). Her upcoming 2026 release, MAGNETIC, fuses percussion, spoken word, healing frequencies, and contemporary songwriting — the foundation for her groundbreaking live experience, The Magnetic Stage.
